1. Service

CVE Scanner provides vulnerability scanning and reporting for domains. We strive to deliver accurate and timely results but make no guarantees regarding completeness or fitness for any purpose.

2. Registration and Account

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure.

3. Fees and Payment

Certain features may require payment. Payment processing is handled by a specialist payment processor. We do not store your payment information; billing details are submitted directly to that processor according to its terms.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your scan data for a maximum of 30 days for analysis and reporting purposes. You may delete all of your scan data at any time via your account dashboard.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CVE Scanner or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
